Man accompanied with others were riding in a hot-air balloon. Suddenly, they noticed that it is overweight. So, everybody agreed to unload everything including their dress. But that wasn't enough and they came to the final solution. Draw with matchsticks, and whoever get the shortest will have to be thrown in the mid air.

Unfortunately, the man got the shortest one. He abandoned the ship to save others.
